About The Position

IES Residential is currently seeking an individual to join our Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
• Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
• Computer and technology literate
• Highly attentive; does not overlook the details
• Demonstrated ability to train others
• Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize often
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Service Titan preferred

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of at least ten people
• Working within a high-volume Call Center and/or Dispatch environment
• Training others
