Requirements

• Strong communication

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (phone, email, online inquiries)
• Schedule appointments for sales or service ensuring the efficient customer flow
• Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and provide information about products or services
• Build rapport with customers to foster a positive experience
• Follow up with customers after initial contact to ensure they are satisfied and to move them towards a sale or service appointment
• Inbound calls
• Outbound calls
• Managing and responding to online inquiries
• Handling customer interactions through text or online chat
