About The Position

Seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic individual to call donors and schedule appointments in a fast-paced professional outbound call center environment. This is a long-term career opportunity in a stable environment. The role requires professional telephone etiquette, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a working knowledge of computers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Call donors and schedule appointments.
• Fulfill basic clerical duties (typing/writing) for extended periods of time.
• Analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
