The chosen candidate will provide a variety of executive administrative functions to support the Owner and Executive Leadership Team of R+L Carriers in a professional and timely manner, which includes but is not limited to the following:

Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision
Ability to effectively manage fast paced environment, with multi-tasking skills
Exhibit accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality
Ability to communicate both verbal and written clearly and professionally
Ability to work with in a team environment
Highly dependable, flexible and willingness to accommodate the work environment
Ability to adapt to fast pace changing conditions
