About The Position

Join our dedicated team in Nashua, New Hampshire, where you'll play a vital role in helping healthcare providers and first responders while enjoying outstanding benefits and job security. We may be in the business of collecting debt but we put the patients first. We are looking for people who can handle the high pace while treating each caller with empathy and respect. This is a full-time, onsite position in a climate-controlled office setting with an assigned cubicle workspace. The role is primarily sedentary (95% seated) with occasional light lifting (under 5 lbs). The building has stairs to access different areas. We are looking for reliable team members who understand the importance of consistency in our consumer-focused environment and can maintain professional standards while meeting performance expectations. Requirements

  • Computer Proficiency - Ability to operate personal computers and office applications
  • Training Completion - Must complete Basic Training and pass all required testing
  • Insurance Knowledge - Basic understanding of health insurance, motor vehicle insurance, and worker's compensation insurance is helpful

Responsibilities

  • Account Resolution - Contact consumers to negotiate payment in full, settlement options, and payment arrangements
  • Strategic Negotiation - Review account information and ask probing questions to understand consumer situations and overcome payment objections
  • Skip Tracing - Execute verbal skip tracing procedures to locate consumers, including gathering updated contact and employment information
  • Documentation - Maintain accurate records by updating consumer information, call results, and detailed notes in our system
  • Professional Communication - Leave compliant voicemail messages using mandated scripts
  • Regulatory Compliance - Strictly adhere to HIPAA, FDCPA, TCPA, PCI-DSS, and all Federal and State Consumer Protection Laws
  • Performance Standards - Meet and maintain established KPI (Key Performance Indicator) levels
