Requirements
- You bring great energy and a positive attitude to every call
- You’re comfortable using scripts for guidance
- You communicate clearly and professionally — and love helping others
- You’re reliable, punctual, and ready to grow with a team that values you
- Flexibility to work different days/shifts — we’re open 7 days a week
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a smile (yes, customers can hear it!)
- Help customers schedule their appointments quickly and easily
- Share information about our services and answer product questions
- Keep notes organized and accurate in our system
- Use your problem-solving skills to make every call a great experience
