About The Position

Hand and Stone is seeking customer service professionals in the Lakeland area who are open to working in a call center environment that are able to interview immediately. Our call center is open 7 days a week. We are targeting customer service professionals with great communication and computer skills. Skill sets that we are open to are Call Center, professional customer service (office, admin, receptionist, front desk, etc), retail or face to face customer service. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' booking experience is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! At Hand and Stone, Opportunity Knocks.   • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
  • Assist in booking appointments, confirmation calls, client profile questions etc.
  • Receiving inbound calls assisting customers
  • Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
  • Positive, energetic attitude

  • Perform various other duties as assigned
