About The Position

Carlton Staffing is seeking a Call Center Associate for their client in Northwest Houston, TX. This is a temp-to-hire position with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. The role involves assisting customers with online equipment orders, managing accounts, answering inbound calls, placing orders via outbound calls, entering and reviewing orders, and following up on client requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Type 40 WPM
• Call center experience
• Healthcare or medical administrative office experience
• MS Office proficiency
