This role involves answering and triaging inbound calls in a high-volume call center environment. The Call Center Agent will assist patients and caregivers with various inquiries, provide general assistance to other callers promptly, and forward patient requests to appropriate clinical staff in a timely manner. A key responsibility includes entering patient information into the electronic health records (EHR) system. The agent will also be responsible for recognizing and escalating complex issues to the Call Center Team Lead or Manager for guidance, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of physician and provider schedules, clinic updates, and business office protocols. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
