About The Position

We're looking for an energetic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team! This role involves lead generation, appointment setting, and database management. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments for sales representatives, and maintaining accurate customer databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor, and a strong work ethic. This is a full-time, in-person position with a salary range of $15.00 - $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

5 Years of customer service experience
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills.

Experience navigating CRM software and lead tracking systems.

Responsibilities

Generate leads through outbound calls and diverse prospecting methods.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
Set appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.
Coordinate and confirm appointments, rescheduling as needed.
Maintain accuracy and up-to-date lead databases.
Record lead interactions in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on lead generation and appointment-setting activities.
Collaborate with the call center supervisor and team members on lead generation strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and appointment setting.
