About The Position

We are a family owned and operated business with a call center located in Baldwin, MD! We are looking for outgoing members to join our team as call center agents!

Requirements

• Outgoing personality
• Evening and weekend availability is needed
• 45-55 Dials per hour per caller
• 30% conversion from Raw Lead to Set Appointment
• 80% conversion from Set Appointment to Issued Appointment
• 80% Demo Rate on all Issued Appointments

Nice To Haves

• Possibility for position to become remote after training is completed and target metrics are continuously being met.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
• Provide Customer Service
• Achieve weekly and monthly target metrics
