We are seeking a California Licensed Land Surveyor to support residential, modular, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Southern California. This full-time role combines field and remote/office work and includes boundary surveys, topographic mapping, construction staking, ALTA/NSPS surveys, records of survey, and legal descriptions. The position is based in Southern California, with San Diego, Orange County, or Riverside preferred, and requires regular travel to project sites across the region and occasionally beyond. Day trips are common, with occasional overnight travel possible. The schedule offers flexibility for field work. The surveyor will perform and/or supervise field work, conduct title and boundary research, prepare and stamp survey documents, maintain control networks, coordinate with project stakeholders, and manage schedules and field crews. The role also supports proposals, cost estimates, and client communications while ensuring compliance with California surveying laws, agency requirements, and company quality procedures.
