The California Healthcare Business Banking Sales Manager reports to the Regional Healthcare Executive-California and is responsible for the sales and service operations for healthcare business banking clients in an assigned market. This role drives growth in the business banking segment for healthcare companies with annual revenue of up to $50MM. It provides leadership to a business banking sales team to execute the One Bank strategy and grow market share, delivering strategic direction and leadership to sustain profitability and annual growth of the market. The manager fosters a team culture that is customer obsessed while overseeing relationship management, business development activities, and related risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of California Healthcare COI network
  • Understanding of Healthcare Credit knowledge and products that fit and serve the healthcare clients in this revenue space
  • Typically 5 or more years of healthcare business banking or relevant experience
  • Typically five or more years of management/leadership experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

  • Responsible for the sales and service operations for healthcare business banking clients in an assigned market
