This role oversees the calibration lifecycle, maintains accurate records within internal systems, and supports operational efficiency through effective communication and process improvement.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
3–5 years of relevant experience in calibration coordination, inventory control, manufacturing support, or related environment preferred
Strong organizational and inventory management skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
General understanding of calibration processes, manufacturing environments, or equipment management
Proficiency with standard office software and data tracking systems

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records for calibration-controlled equipment, including conducting routine audits and verifying asset locations
Coordinate the full calibration lifecycle, including identifying equipment due for calibration, initiating service, monitoring status, and returning equipment to operational use
Ensure all equipment is properly labeled, documented, and compliant with applicable calibration and certification standards
Process and maintain calibration-related records and documentation within internal tracking systems to ensure accuracy and traceability
Coordinate with internal teams and approved external vendors to ensure timely calibration, repair, and replacement of equipment
Monitor open orders, turnaround times, and warranties to ensure equipment availability and minimize operational disruption
Prepare and deliver regular reports on calibration activity, inventory status, and overall performance metrics
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management to support calibration operations and resolve issues
Maintain organization and readiness of calibrated equipment, including proper storage, handling, and asset rotation
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall calibration performance
