About The Position

The Provider Operations Team at Steno is dedicated to supporting court reporters by ensuring the right reporter is assigned to the right job every time, while also providing excellent care. This team focuses on delivering white-glove service, building trust and long-term relationships within the court reporting community. They collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and internal leaders to create programs that enhance Steno's standing as a premier court reporting agency. The role is designed for individuals who are natural problem-solvers, capable of managing numerous tasks within high-volume workflows while maintaining organization, composure, and a focus on relationships.

Requirements

1+ years of scheduling, coordination, or administrative experience.
Hospitality mindset.
Exceptional communication skills.
Comfort picking up new systems quickly.
Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.

Nice To Haves

Prior court reporting agency experience is a big plus.
