This position has a term length of 2 years and is hybrid, with a mix of remote and in-person work primarily taking place at North Campus, Edmonton. The Coordinator will work in Modern Campus Catalog, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, and Infosilem Suite. This role requires understanding the relationship between different course section offerings, booking space based on capacity and course requirements, and familiarity with the academic scheduling cycle. The Coordinator's main role is to assist with processing requests for the University Calendar and class and room scheduling, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the official course and class record. They will also provide policy and procedure training, information, and support to faculties, departments, and students regarding course scheduling, registration, examinations, and classroom booking. Additionally, the Coordinator will assign centrally scheduled space to classes and casual events, prepare the official examination schedule, and act as a liaison with various campus stakeholders. The role also involves assisting with seasonal events and special projects.
