About The Position

Cake Decorator & Skilled Finish Clerk: This role involves working in the Department's Manufacturing Section, performing skilled finishing work with cakes and specialty items. The primary duties include following the production schedule, icing cakes and specialty items, applying custom or general decorations, creating artwork, packaging, and producing related novelty items according to departmental guidelines. This position may also involve working the bakery sales counter on occasion or as needed. Buehler’s Fresh Foods is an employee-owned chain of 13 grocery stores located in northeast Ohio, emphasizing a genuine concern for quality and customer care, with a philosophy of “Putting People First.”

Requirements

• Must be available to be scheduled between 20-30 hours a week
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• Lifting to 50#
• Occasional lifting to 80#

• Able to work with minimal supervision
