About The Position

Nothing Bundt Cakes Smyrna is looking for part-time Frosters! Evening shift, weekends, and holidays required. We are looking for friendly and super positive employees to bring joy to guests with cake! Previous bakery experience is a plus, but not required. We provide on-the-job training. Perks include: Employee Discounts on Bundt Cake and Retail Casual Uniform Fun and joyful environment Part-time Frosters will be scheduled 10-20 hours per week. Shift times may vary, but typically the shifts are morning (8:30am - 2pm) or evening (2pm - 7:30pm). Pay range is based on experience. Must have good communication and organizational skills, the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task while paying special attention to detail.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous bakery experience
• Previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery or restaurant or in a food service environment

Responsibilities

• Frosting all cakes according to NbC standards
• Maintaining par levels of cakes for walk-in guests
• Keeping up with pre-ordered and waiting cakes
• Making frosting if needed
• Cleaning and sanitizing workstation and equipment
