About The Position

As a Baskin Robbins Cake Decorator, you’ll be the creative face of our brand helping customers celebrate life’s moments by designing and finishing ice cream cakes that are both beautiful and delicious. You’ll greet guests as they come in, take custom cake orders, and make sure every creation is prepared accurately, quickly, and with care. You’ll help deliver the Baskin Robbins experience customers love: friendly service, quality ice cream cakes, and attention to detail that make every celebration special. Requirements

Previous ice cream cake decorating or bakery experience required
Proven ability to decorate cakes neatly, consistently, and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet daily production goals
Customer focused mindset with good communication skills
Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to communicate, read and write the English language fluently and clearly
Ability to hear within the normal range
Ability to see within normal parameters

Nice To Haves

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, lifting to 50 lbs., standing and moving about the unit the entire workday

Responsibilities

Prepare, assemble, and decorate ice cream cakes according to Brand specifications
Create customized ice cream cake designs, including lettering, borders, and themed decorations
Ensure freshness, proper storage, labeling, and attractive cake displays
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Maintain strict cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
Track cake inventory and communicate supply needs
Complete orders accurately and on time
Assist guests with cake related questions and special requests
Follow all company procedures and health regulations
Performs other duties as assigned
