As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations. You will be responsible for planning bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, and working with various products to create decorative elements. You will also ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management, while operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment. Additionally, you will leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, manage bakery area performance, and act as a brand advocate by modeling high-quality service and products. You will also be expected to help develop and mentor other associates, act with integrity, and put the customer first in all decision-making. This role involves continuous improvement, embracing new technologies, and supporting others through change.
