As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations. This role involves planning bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, and working with various decorating tools to create designs on bakery items. You will also be responsible for adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management. Additionally, you will operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment, and leverage digital tools to make business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality. You will also drive the performance of the bakery area, manage quality and date control, eliminate waste, prepare for seasonal events, identify member needs, assist members with purchasing decisions, and resolve member issues and concerns. Being a brand advocate, you will model high-quality service and products, interact with associates to understand roadblocks, and assist in training, developing, influencing, and inspiring them. You will comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
