About The Position

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations. You will be responsible for planning bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs, following recipe measurement instructions, and working with a variety of products to create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items. You will also ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management, while operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment. Leveraging digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement is also a key part of this role, as is driving the performance of the bakery area, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events. You will be a brand advocate, modeling high-quality service and products, and interacting with associates to understand roadblocks and assist in training and mentoring. You will also comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources. Embracing differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences to create a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected is essential. You will work as a team, build strong and trusting relationships, and communicate with impact, energy, and positivity to motivate and influence. Requirements

  • 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period
