You are expected to meet the following financial, guest, and team member KPIs that are essential to our success. Make recommendations to the Cage Manager regarding potential policies and procedures to ensure that cash handling is performed within accepted standards established by management, accounting, and regulatory requirements Responsible for all day to day functions of myRewards Boarding Pass program including but not limited to enrolling Guests, assisting existing members with promotions or redeeming offers and aiding in Guest recovery Responsible for the final balancing of funds and assets assigned during shift Complete the weekly shift schedules to ensure proper staffing levels As a frontline manager, you are also expected to be there for your team, enable and empower them to perform, own your operation or shift, and build caring and trusting relationships with your people. Requirements

  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience as a Cage Assistant Supervisor or Cage Cashier
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Able to obtain Gaming work card for the jurisdiction in which the property is located
  • Must be flexible, able to handle multiple tasks, and establish priorities effectively

Responsibilities
