About The Position

The Cage Cashier is responsible for ensuring all New York State Gaming Commission regulations, Internal Controls, and procedures are followed. This role involves the validation and payment of guest vouchers, processing tax paperwork for jackpots, and making change for guests. The Cage Cashier must maintain a safe work and guest environment, treating everyone professionally. This position requires good communication skills, the ability to stand for the duration of the shift, and to role model the company's guest service program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming Commission license.
• Must have previous experience working with and managing large amounts of money.
• Weekends, Holidays and swing shifts will be required.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to stand for the duration of shift.
• Must role model company guest service program.
• Intermediate computer skills, including e-mail, word, excel spreadsheets, data input and record keeping.
• Basic Math skills, addition and subtraction.
• Able to lift 30 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities
