About The Position

The Cage Cashier is a Full-Time position responsible for handling cash transactions, including counting drawers, receiving payments, redeeming checks and chips, processing vault buys, and preparing deposits. The role requires accuracy in documenting cash amounts and managing gaming funds.

Requirements

Ability to count drawer at start of shift, verify cash amount and document according to standard procedure.
Ability to receive payments for markers and record in the computer system.
Ability to send paid markers to the bank.
Ability to redeem complimentary checks in accordance with standard procedures.
Ability to redeem chips and tokens for cash at customer request.
Ability to cash all checks within standard procedures.
Ability to accept and redeem payments for front money for safekeeping.
Ability to verify and process vault buys for gaming funds or fills.
Ability to receive hard count and soft count drops into the vault.
Ability to prepare deposits to the bank.
Ability to balance the drawer at the end of the shift.

Responsibilities
