About The Position

The Cage & Player Services Cashier is responsible for the redemption of Gaming tickets/vouchers, performing Check Cashing/Cash Advance transactions for guests and assuring that guests have a favorable gaming experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Racing License.
• Maintaining a professional working relationship among all personnel.
• Oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Six months cashiering or banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Cashing customers out, giving correct change, and answering customer questions in a courteous and professional manner.
• Accurately counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges of funds throughout the shift, ensuring guests have a favorable gaming experience.
• Keeping cash drawer balanced and impressed, and making exchanges with the vault.
• Verifying and documenting personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions.
• Completing CTRs, W2Gs, and MTLs.
• Customer relations, ensuring the safety and security of employees and customers.
• Filling in as a Main Banker when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
