About The Position

This role will provide administrative support to the client’s Caffè and Chefs. Unlike a standard Admin Assistant role, you will be challenged and tasked to complete special projects that include experience and visibility into accounting, purchasing, catering, event planning, menu editing, vendor relationships, account reconciliation, maintenance of forms and documentation. A day-to-day life of a Caffè Admin includes maintaining our online database of menus, nutrition information, ordering, processes and calendar. Connect daily with Chefs and communicate with departments and other group admins on special projects and requests. You will order supplies through approved vendors, handle requests for information and data, process charges to department cost centers and provide weekly sales reports. While you will provide general clerical duties, we all need to understand the jobs of those you support and correctly follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. We also all maintain the highest standards of conduct and confidentiality. We want you to continually grow, too, in knowledge of food and beverage as well as learning about our customers. The Caffè Admin always lives up to company standards for speed, quality, consistency and training with a focus on high level of customer service. You will ensure a collaborative work environment in the way you interact with Chefs, co-workers and other admins. Can you do all this and be open to additional tasks as assigned by management? We can't wait to give you an exciting and challenging work environment where you can grow and do your life's best work.
