Join Our Growing Team! Ron’s Lumber & Home Center, a Nation’s Best Holdings, LLC company, is seeking candidates for our Café Cashier position at our Howe, OK location. Greets guests and answer phone calls Maintains a clean, safe and organized café and kitchen area Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Takes guests food and beverage orders Rings up orders accurately Have knowledge of food and beverage products and preparation Preps area and completes pre- shift and post-shift tasks as assigned Communicates all orders to the kitchen and provides details regarding any allergies, special requests, etc. Additional duties as required What Does It Take to be Successful as a Café Server/Cashier? Results-oriented with the ability to serve customers with humility and be a steward of Nation’s Best’s values Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and flexible Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to consistently provide superior customer service skills Schedule: Ideal candidates should be available to work the hours outlined below. If you have any scheduling limitations, please discuss them with the hiring manager during the interview process. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2+ years’ experience in the restaurant/food and beverage or related industry preferred
  • Food handling and general knowledge of service standards
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight frequently
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Sense of urgency and willingness to assist team members as needed
  • Results-oriented with the ability to serve customers with humility and be a steward of Nation’s Best’s values
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and flexible
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to consistently provide superior customer service skills
