About The Position

Program Administrative & Follow-Up Support Specialist provides office-based administrative support while assisting with routine participant follow-up calls. This position focuses on data entry, file maintenance, scheduling, documentation tracking, and structured post-placement check-ins

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet performance metrics and deadlines.
  • Self-directed, dependable, and professional demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance- we will be doing an MVR verification.
  • High School Diploma

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
