At The WOW Center, we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to grow, connect, and thrive. Our culture is rooted in compassion, inclusion, and genuine joy in what we do. We don’t just teach — we empower adults with developmental disabilities to live more confidently, independently, and meaningfully within their communities. We are guided by our core values of Empathy, Excellence, Passion, Serving, Teamwork, and Continuous Improvement — principles that shape how we support the individuals we serve, collaborate with one another, and grow as an organization every day. If you’re someone who loves uplifting others, celebrates wins big and small, and thrives in a collaborative environment, you’ll feel right at home here. You Might Be a Great Fit If... You're dependable, organized, and detail-oriented, and you take pride in keeping things running smoothly. You enjoy working with food, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and making sure everyone receives their meals safely and on time. You're comfortable following established procedures, keeping accurate records, and managing daily responsibilities independently. Most importantly, you're someone who takes pride in your work, treats others with dignity and respect, and enjoys contributing to a greater purpose. You enjoy a consistent, part-time schedule! This position works Monday through Friday, approximately 10:00 AM–2:00 PM (20 hours per week), offering predictable daytime hours with no evenings or weekends. What You'll Do… As our Cafeteria Worker, you'll play an important role in making sure the individuals we serve receive safe, nutritious meals in a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. You'll oversee daily meal service, receive and distribute catered lunches, monitor food temperatures, and accommodate special dietary needs. You'll also maintain food safety records, manage cafeteria supplies, and help ensure our food program meets applicable health and safety requirements. Beyond meal service, you'll be a valued part of The WOW Center community, building positive relationships with the individuals we serve and helping make lunchtime a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming part of their day.
