Requirements

• Must have obtained high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Be able to obtain Utah Food Handlers permit.
• Ability to safely operate hot grill, fryers, stand for most of 4-hr shift.

Nice To Haves

• Three months experience with grill cooking, cash register, and food service duties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food per employee orders.
• Grill cooking
• Cash register duties
• Cleaning duties
• Positively interact with employees and provide excellent customer service.
• Stocking duties
• Operate dishwasher equipment.
• Cleaning of cooking area and tables to comply with cleanliness standards.
• Comply with all safety and quality good manufacturing practices guidelines.
