Provide meals to hotel employees in a quick and friendly manner. Prepare food items for employees using a predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner. Serve selected food items to employees. Clean all shelves and refrigerators and set up for next shift. Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure total employee satisfaction. In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the manager based upon the particular requirements of the hotel: Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health standards. Perform other duties as requested including cross training in other culinary related areas.
