Responsible for all aspects of customer service in the cafeteria, cashier island, dish room, deli, dining room and vending restocking. This role involves obtaining, inventorying, displaying, and replenishing hot and cold foods, operating the cash terminal, reconciling cash drawers, and documenting food temperatures. The attendant also assists with catering functions, manages cafeteria inventory and signage, and completes daily cleaning schedules. Additionally, the position requires documenting unusual situations, accidents, or injuries, and delivering excellent customer service using established scripts. Responsibilities extend to stocking and cleaning the cafeteria dining room and patio area.
