The role also includes setting up, stocking, and maintaining work areas, inspecting china, glass, and silver for cleanliness and presentation, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures. The attendant must follow all company and safety policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training. A professional appearance, confidentiality, and protection of company assets are required. The role involves interacting with guests according to company standards, using clear and professional language, and answering telephones with proper etiquette. Developing positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns are also key aspects. Adherence to quality expectations and standards is necessary. The job requires reading and visually verifying information, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination are needed for manipulating objects. The attendant must be able to move over various surfaces and stairs, and perform reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping motions. Other reasonable duties may be requested by supervisors.
