About The Position

Cafe Team Members support daily cafe and concession operations during tournaments and events by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient food service environment. This role is Front of House (Cashier) responsibilities. Cafe Team Members play a key role in creating a positive experience for players, families, and staff in a fast-paced, event-driven setting.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience with cashiering
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to work for long hours with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in food service, cafe, concessions, or retail
• Familiarity with Square POS system
• Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain one)

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to all guests
• Accurately ring up customer orders and handle card transactions
• Answer menu-related questions and assist customers as needed
• Maintain awareness of wait times and prioritize efficiency during peak hours
• Communicate any issues or potential concerns to the Event Manager
• Maintain a clean and organized cafe area throughout the shift
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold cafe standards and event operations
• Follow health, safety, and company policies at all times
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
