About The Position

The Store Lead supports both front- and back-of-house operations, helping the team and daily shifts run smoothly. They assist store management with daily operations, team communication, training, and administrative tasks while helping create a positive team and guest experience. Store Leads communicate business needs, help maintain a clean, stocked, and prepared store, support labor allocation and employee breaks, assist with training new hires, and demonstrate strong competency across all store positions. They also help ensure customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently, address guest concerns appropriately, follow food safety standards, complete required cleaning tasks, document daily recaps, and communicate team or operational concerns to management.

Requirements

  • Meet all customer service expectations and standards in interactions with customers, vendors, and fellow team members
