About The Position

As a Full-Time Café Staff member, you'll help fuel our community by delivering exceptional food and beverage service in a high-energy café environment. You'll balance front-of-house hospitality with back-of-house food prep, keeping quality, cleanliness, and guest experience at the center of everything you do.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years serving and/or cooking
• 21+ years old with a valid Utah Alcohol Server Permit
• Hold a current food handler's permit
• Barista experience (or strong interest) and enjoy working with coffee
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and stay calm under pressure
• Communicate clearly, multitask well, and enjoy working as part of a team
• Can work nights, weekends, and variable shifts
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Care deeply about hospitality, consistency, and guest experience

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine, friendly service and create a positive café experience from start to finish
• Prepare and serve food, coffee, beverages, and alcoholic drinks following recipes and service standards
• Educate guests on menu offerings and help them choose what fits their taste and needs
• Prep ingredients, assemble menu items, and cook according to food quality and safety guidelines
• Keep front- and back-of-house spaces clean, organized, and stocked
• Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation to meet company standards
• Communicate inventory needs and help reduce waste through smart food handling
• Collaborate with café leadership on menu ideas and operational improvements
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures
