About The Position

Bally's Black Hawk Casino is seeking a full-time Cafe Server to join their fast-growing team. As a Cafe Server, you will be responsible for preparing food items, assisting with food assembly and presentation, serving customers, handling transactions, and maintaining cleanliness standards. This role requires strong customer service skills, efficiency, and adherence to food safety regulations.

Requirements

• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling monetary transactions
• Knowledge of basic math for accurate cash handling
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
