About The Position

As the Café Manager, you will lead all aspects of daily operations for our café and an on‑site Starbucks. With operating hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., this role offers an ideal work–life balance—perfect for someone looking to take their first step into corporate foodservice. With a consistent schedule (6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.) and a high‑performing culinary and operational team, you’ll enhance excellence through your leadership, retail expertise, and hospitality skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of café operations experience; leadership experience preferred
  • A strong desire to lead and grow professionally within the hospitality industry
  • Operational knowledge of POS systems, marketing and retail standards, and sanitation regulations
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet use
  • ServSafe or Department of Health certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead café operations and ensure exceptional service for all guests
  • Hire, supervise, train, and coach associates
  • Ensure compliance with all sanitation, safety, and cleaning standards
  • Manage operations within the established budget
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
