Requirements

  • 1+ year of management or leadership experience (QSR/retail preferred)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role
  • Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruiting, hiring and training of team members
  • Build a positive, accountable team culture
  • Provide ongoing feedback, recognize performance and resolve team concerns
  • Create a guest-first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service
  • Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently
  • Drive sales and execute local marketing efforts
  • Control labor, food costs, and cash handling
  • Review performance and take action to improve results
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering
  • Forecast staffing and business needs
  • Complete basic reporting and admin tasks
