Demonstrate a sound knowledge of hospitality and the service industry, enabling you to deliver at a level that meets the Cambridge Group of Clubs standards. Be capable and confident to professionally and promptly respond to all customer concerns or issues. Be able to accept, act upon, and share customer feedback with the team and management, with the aim of continually improving the customer experience and building brand loyalty. Contribute to sales growth by providing prompt and friendly customer service; building check averages through team member product training and sales execution. Accurately execute transaction management duties to ensure accurate sales and inventory management. Perform the necessary tasks to keep the service and restaurant space clean, safe and organized; complying with safety and security standards at all times.
