About The Position

Inn at Bay Harbor is a Boyne Resorts property nestled on the shoreline of Lake Michigan. It is a place and experience that is Exactly Like Nothing Else. As a pantry cook, you will assist the Inn Cafe Chef in their duties by efficiently, accurately, and professionally preparing food and assisting in all kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Must be a team player
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Be willing to be on your feet for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Preparing grab and go foods for the Inn Café
• Cleaning and Sanitizing work areas and equipment
• Preparing various foods for amenities including charcuterie boards, chocolate strawberries, bakery items, and other customized dishe
• Daily prep and stock
