Under the direct supervision of the Retail Manager and Food Service Supervisors, the cafeteria attendant responsibilities include preparing and serving foods in the cafe, cleaning and stocking cafe stations, maintaining cleanliness of the cafe and serving areas, and serving as a cashier as assigned/needed. This role requires understanding all essential positions of the cafeteria/retail area and the ability to complete tasks without assistance. The attendant must practice safe food handling and HACCP guidelines and provide excellent customer service to all cafe patrons. The position shall exemplify the desired Culture of Choice® and philosophies of Parrish Healthcare.
