About The Position

Midtown is looking for a friendly and driven Food & Beverage Associate to enhance our stellar restaurant experience. Our Food & Beverage Associates are “people persons” to their core—motivated by helping others, passionate about food, and energized by meaningful connections. As an integral part of our F&B team, you’ll play an active role in the full guest experience by preparing and assembling menu items, crafting smoothies and beverages, and delivering high-quality food with consistency and care. You’ll engage with members, guide them through menu options, and ensure every order is executed accurately while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming café environment.

Responsibilities

Preparing, assembling, and presenting fresh menu items, smoothies, and beverages to Midtown standards
Serving and delivering our members’ favorite meals with pride, energy, and attention to detail
Suggesting food and beverage options based on member preferences and lifestyle goals
Cleaning, stocking, and maintaining a safe and sanitary café workspace
Building lasting relationships with members and team members through genuine connections and conversation
Anticipating problems and taking preventative measures for our members
Assisting with member events that include the food & beverage department
