About The Position
ISS is a global workplace experience and facility management company that provides placemaking solutions. They are currently seeking Cafe Assistants to join their team in Smithtown on a casual basis. The role involves maintaining high standards of food services, preparing and presenting patient meals, cleaning meal trays and equipment, and preparing workstations.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Police check
- Previous experience in a similar role
Nice To Haves
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of food services in accordance with Food Safety Legislation and Food Services Procedures
- Preparation and presentation of patient meals such as salads, sandwiches and drinks
- Cleaning and sanitizing of patient meal trays, cutlery, crockery and trolleys
- Preparation of work stations including assembly of items and stocking of consumables
