About The Position

Dolcezza Gelato & Coffee is looking for new AND experienced hospitality professionals, gelato lovers, coffee lovers, and those who geek out over quality food and eating local. These are full and part-time positions.

Requirements

• Must be friendly and personable.
• Must be able to work well with others
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Must have reliable means of transportation.
• Must be willing to verbally share knowledge of gelato enthusiastically with others
• We are looking for people who work well under pressure, have a strong work ethic, and are able to adapt to change as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and hospitality to all guests.
• Provide excellent service and hospitality to co-workers
• Understand and articulate our menu with enthusiasm.
• Maintain health and food safety standards.
• Scoop beautiful gelato, craft delicious espresso beverages.
• Maintain general store cleanliness.
• Cash handling.
