About The Position
Manages and executes the preparation food and beverage products to maintain customer satisfaction in a counter service environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Experience working in foodservice, retail or other related experience
- Ability to work days, evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Supervises counter operations and cash handling procedures
- Monitors inventory and recommends the need to purchase products to management
- Maintains sanitation and safety standards established by the university
- Supervises and manages student employees, as necessary, to enhance their academic and professional development
- Performs other duties as assigned
