Provides “A” level customer service while enthusiastically promoting the Caesars Rewards program. This role involves greeting and welcoming customers, seeking ways to improve service and reduce wait times, and effectively communicating the benefits of the customer loyalty program. The representative will cross-sell property events and amenities, ensuring customer confidence in Caesars Rewards, and flawlessly executing customer promotions. Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of customer data, complying with all policies, and serving as a role model are key aspects of this position. The role also requires understanding and supporting the Caesars Rewards program, handling problem situations with Service Recovery tools, and being knowledgeable about competitor programs. Additional duties include greeting and departing bus passengers, assisting with player tracking, executing promotional plans, creating and maintaining customer accounts, issuing comps, collaborating with departments, and distributing prizes.
