Requirements

• CAE
• Analyst Skills
• 3-5 years of experience in Closures related CAE (preferred) or Structural CAE, with NVH, Durability and/or Fatigue CAE Analysis experience in Automotive or Aerospace industry.
• Knowledge of both Linear Static and Non-Linear Dynamic analyses, including impact FE analyses.
• Experience in meshing & postprocessing software like ANSA, HyperMesh, HyperView and MetaPost.
• Experience in CAE analysis Software including Abaqus, Nastran, LS-Dyna, nCode, Optistruct, Hyperworks etc.
• Bachelor of Science Engineering degree required.

• Master or PhD Engineering degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and setup FE models, perform CAE iterative analyses to identify and resolve issues within design and time constraints.
• Verify accuracy and completion of CAE assessments and provide milestone Engineering Status Reports
• Utilize CAE DOE & Optimization Studies to identify design alternatives
