About The Position

The unique crazy golf experience, originally founded in London, transforms traditional mini-golf into an exciting game enhanced with DJs, craft cocktails, and gourmet street food, creating the ultimate competitive adventure. After establishing its roots in the UK, Swingers successfully expanded into the US, with locations in New York City’s NoMad, Washington D.C.’s Dupont Circle, Las Vegas, and soon-to-open venues in Boston and beyond. The Caddie role is responsible for the ultimate fun guest experience on the Crazy Golf Course. They are the interactive guides to and active participants in the guest experience on our Crazy Golf Courses. Caddies provide beverage service, participate in golf and experience-enhancing activities with guests and colleagues in adherence to the Swingers ethos, policies, procedures and goals.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months experience as a runner and/or busser in a busy environment
TIPS alcohol certification
Strong communication skills
Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company
The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard
The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Provide beverage service.
Participate in golf and experience-enhancing activities with guests and colleagues in adherence to the Swingers ethos, policies, procedures and goals.
Create exciting and outstanding experiences for others.
Interact with guests.

$10 per hour plus tips
$1,000 signing bonus for Seasonal team members who work Full Time Hours (30 hr/week) while employed for the Holiday season. This bonus will be paid after 3 months, pending good standing.
